It’s honestly so funny that Protocol starts with a goodbye “party” for a coworker who quit.
The fact that they couldn’t quit was such a large part of the Archives, was a main contributing factor to what gave Elias power and tore the relationships between characters apart.
And the first scene we witness in the OIAR is a character going this job sucks, I’m out.
