Do you think that Gerry used to call her Granny Gertrude but when he was a teen and got into goth stuff he felt ‘way too cool for it granny you don’t understand’ and started to call her GG and it just sorta stuck even now that he drinks tea and isn’t an angsty teen anymore? Because I’m sort of in love with that idea
