The absolute worst takes on this website are the ones saying “stop saying that we should be more supportive of people who have dealt with [bad thing] when people who have dealt with [worse thing] are out there and need support even more”

If you can understand that there are always gonna be people who had it worse than others then you can understand that that doesn’t mean you should *only* be supportive of people who are going through the most horrendous suffering but also support those who go through things that are relatively less bad.
