is my house haunted- part 2 I guess, but only because my house is pretty haunted

I keep trying to take pictures in the basement, and every time I try to I get this:

The camera works perfectly fine- this only happens in the basement.

In conclusion- the basement and my bedroom are both kinda haunted.
