Nope it’s not, and tbh I don’t think they even know they’re related. I forgot when Montague says his backstory, but he was either talking to himself or to Mercutio.
They do, however, know part of Tybalt’s backstory, so Juliet knows that her cousin is brothers with her boyfriend
