So (as anyone who follows me knows) I just recently finished A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and I have a question that I hope can be answered-

Why are there so many speeches that are entirely rhyming?

I feel like I need to see a production of it to hear how it sounds, but that way I read it in my head came out sounding like a Dr Seuss book

(I do not mean that as an insult or anything. I just feel like the rhyming threw me off a bit)
