That he literally stabbed himself, probably in the arm, a few scenes ago.
He’s literally fighting Edgar with a stabbed arm.

It’s kinda karma, in a way. He stabbed himself to frame Edgar, and then he gets stabbed by Edgar because he stabbed himself. At least that’s how I personally see it.

The fact that Edmund leaves with Gloucester when Gloucester goes out to get France and Burgundy and just.. never comes back always kinda bothered me.
Like where did he go? Did he go to start evil plotting? Did he use this time to write The Letter ™? Did he leave because he didn’t want to stick around and put up with Gloucester?
