I really love how you experiment with your art, especially the really abstract pieces and limited colour palettes you use! I followed many years ago based on your character art, but watching you post so many different styles of art has been really inspiring to me to try out things outside of my regular art styles. I’m so thrilled that I’ve encouraged you to step out of your art-comfort zone! \o/ Trying new art-y things is an absolute highlight of creating in general, to me. My dayjob requires me to draw things consistently for months and months and months at a time, so trying new art-y things in my free time is a way to stop myself from going loopy haha. There’s so much good art in the world, there’s always something new and interesting to look at and try. I’m cheering you on! I hope you have as much fun as I have when experimenting! Good luck! :D

/grips you by the shoulders. ANOTHER YUMEKEN FAN! Gosh, Nightmare Inspector is my most absolute favourite manga, and I’m always so excited to hear from other fans! There’s so few of us around haha. Love that funky little dream eater and all his many forms. I’ve been drawing and sharing yumeken fanart since 2008, so it has definitely permanently embedded itself into my life haha. Please look forward to more yumeken from me, there will inevitably be more.

I didn’t expect to get into AA at all haha. I only watched some walkthroughs this year as research for another project I’m making. I distinctly remember playing a demo of the first game when it was first released and disliking it so much that I actively spent the next 20+ years avoiding everything about it. I have been spoiler- and opinion-free this whole time haha. But that has somehow worked out in my favour since I’m having a super duper fun time with it now! Something something different stories for different stages of your life something something.
