So Peter seems like he’d be an incredibly, incredibly touch starved character, given his horrific childhood and his tendency to spend 99% of his time hiding inside his ship cabin. He’s like the poster child for intimacy issues. And Elias knows this and takes full advantage, because he likes how simple things like handshakes or a hand on Peter’s back shake his composure. 

I think Peter should have a cat. It eats all the rodents that sneak onto the Tundra, so Peter lets it stay. He insists it isn’t actually his cat and it’s just there to be useful, but he puts out food for it sometimes and doesn’t fuss if he wakes up to the cat sleeping on him and he’s thrown someone into the Lonely for being mean to the cat at least once. He’s resistant to naming it, so he just calls it The Cat. The ‘the’ is very important, because it makes it clear it’s not HIS cat, you see (but it definitely is his cat).

My hc is that James Wright was shorter than Peter, and Peter once (unwisely) made a joke about this. When Jonah got Elias’ much taller body, he made sure to loom over Peter and say the joke right back.

Kinda funny to be hurtling into the TMA fandom after all this popular fanon has been established because I’ll look up the LonelyEyes/Peter tag and be like ??? where the fuck did that come from.

• He’s by far the most common image result for “middle aged white businessman” which is reason all its own
• Every single photo of him is profoundly unsettling

I am the opposite of an apologist. I get personally offended if you pretend my faves didn’t do horrible things. If you can’t accept them at their worst then RIP to you but I’m stronger.
