and i was thinking that if jon has this power, to see peter wherever he goes, even in the depths of the lonely, elias can probably do that too

this is in such stark contrast to how anyone else describes jonah like. a creep, a weirdo, a bureucrat, a freak. sure. but a shyster?????? literally something only peter ever mentions. and he says it like this!! this isn’t something elias did once, this is how he understands him as a person. this is an evaluation of his character. what goes on.
