One thing I don’t take advantage of enough as a writer of Magnus Archives fanfiction is the fact that the three times Jon leaves England in canon, he goes to:

• my hometown
• the places I went the only two times I’ve travelled internationally

Like I should be milking this for content. Why do I ever write stories that aren’t set in Pittsburgh Scotland or Beijing?
