Hi! You've said that Jordan has kind of failed to see through most of her villain plans. I was wondering how does this change things in the long run for her, going into Revelations? Does her confidence in herself drop because of that? How does this affect her reputation and her relationship with the crew? Do they trust her less?

It’s a bit tricky. On one hand, she’s committed herself to this path and she was so dead set on it that every failure felt like a very personal hit to her capabilities. Her confidence does falter, but she’s been using confidence as a shield for so long she’s very good at faking it, especially in front of her crew.
(I do think the crew is still loyal to her regardless of her failures. She’s a magnetic and charismatic leader.
As far as her villain reputation as a whole… I feel she puts on a good enough show that even when she loses most are still caught up in the production, but those with a keen eye don’t fall for it.)
Then on the other hand, Jordan can’t shake the fact that she still operates like a hero. She still wants to be a hero. So even while her anger rages at her failures, there’s still that little snap of relief when they fail.
It leads to this unending cycle of “I’ve failed again (thank god) and this can’t happen again (I hope it does) or it will all be for nothing so do better.” Which in turn spirals into a vicious self inspection on whether she’s doing it on purpose and self-sabotaging, which just makes her angrier and angrier with herself. It’s a whole thing, but she’s very much bought into the sunk-cost fallacy.
As for Rev… god, who knows? She ended Retri being rescued by the very people she swore never loved her. She admitted to herself that she wants to be a hero again. As a Sidestep with the friendless scar, she’s reeling and very, very scared.
