It’s 2 am so I’m allowed to be introspective but something I’ve always wondered about in tma is who we are as the audience and additionally, at what point in the story are we hearing the recordings? Are we hearing them way after the the events of season 5 or are we hearing them only a few days/weeks after they are recorded? Is everyone in the recordings already gone but we just don’t know they are? What is our purpose as the audience to listen to them? How have we come to possess the recordings? Are we actually a character or just an effect of the beholding needing to record???? My mind is on a constant cycle that I cannot stop.
