while i know that og elias was dead the very moment jonah stole into his body, i do wonder at the specific horror and terror and fear in being forced to sit and Watch as Someone Else pilots your body. as Someone Else uses your body to string together what you slowly realize will be the end of the world as you know it. it seems like something the beholding would gorge itself on; im surprised no ones mentioned that.
