I am the same anon before about hot Elias. I think another reason I find that stance off putting is the idea evil = ugly that people have. Dunno maybe it is because I was bullied in public school for being ugly or unusual but that is such a gross take. Not all good people are attractive, not all bad people are unattractive. It is a weirdly cruel stance to take. Also ageist in a way too. I guess it is off putting in many ways for me.

Yeah I absolutely agree that people tend to prefer evil characters to be ugly. It makes it easier to hate them I guess?? But that’s such a toxic thing to associate with morals. Your looks have absolutely zero correlation with your morals. I don’t know why that’s so hard for people to understand. Plus, being attractive is subjective anyway.

It’s ridiculous to assign all good people with being attractive and all evil people as unattractive.
