I haven’t been listening to tma lately but I’m thinking about a “casual” meeting in Elias’s office, where he’s sitting next to Jon in one of the overly stiff armchairs instead of across from him and behind the desk.
Elias leaning in close, eyes locked on Jon’s and refusing to let him look away.
Maybe a couple glasses of bourbon on the desk in front of them, poured from the decanter that Jon thought was just for show, not enough to get him drunk but enough that he feels warm and just loose enough that he can ignore his urges to run and hide.
Elias’s hand sitting heavy on Jon’s shoulder while they talk, slowly moving across his body, shifting to his shoulder blades, down his back, along his sides, finally settling on his upper thigh, the tips of his fingers just barely brushing between Jon’s tense legs.
Nothing outright. Nothing explicit. Just harmless touches, Elias doesn’t mean anything by them of course, he’s just a very tactile man.
When things move to the next stage, it’s because Jon pushes past his own hesitation and fear and barrels through the boundaries he’d never let anyone else cross. He’s the one who tilts his head just enough that their noses, and then lips, brush. He’s the one who sighs Elias’s name like it’s a prayer. He’s the one who spreads his legs, just a tiny bit, a reluctant invitation that he isn’t given the chance to take back.
