Jon makes an appointment with Elias and it’s marked in Rosie’s schedule as a work report but it’s actually so that he can whip out his clipboard of polycule shenanigans.
No one is willing to talk about the polycule with Elias, because he’s an annoying asshole and has been for 200 years, but Jon is pretty and fun to mess with so they’re fine with him coming around. So now it’s his job to track down each avatar and either personally invite them to the polycule or explicitly tell them that they’re not allowed to be part of it.
The issue with inviting people is that they’re all so specific about their needs, who they’ll be in relationships with, what is and isn’t allowed, and what they want in exchange for joining. This usually means that Jon has to run around London tracking down monsters and doing favors and making trades like he’s doing a fucking RPG quest.
