I love when Martin tells Jon “we had like a year of working a normal job together and you hated me.” because like. baby that was not a normal job. Jon specifically was putting on this aloof skeptical act the entire time because he was scared of the Eye. also martin was “bad at his job” but the job also wasn’t designed to like. be in any way a successful enterprise.
it’s like they were working at a restaurant that was actually a front for money laundering but Jon and martin were both super focused on making sure the burgers were made properly. martin believes in the tma workplace comedy but it truly was never there!!
