There’s a lot to be said irt Melanie and her relationship w Jon but I think the most important thing they have in common is that they are both very very insecure and terrified of feeling powerless, and they both demean and look down on others in order to get that power back. And unfortunately that means they are doomed to bully each other LITERALLY until the end days
