If I can leave a hot take about the Magnus Archives on this, the Magnus Archives website.
I preferred it when it didn’t really have an overarching plot to be honest. Jane Prentiss was fine, because it was *mostly* just a wormy monster with a grudge.
But then it started going into doppelgangers under the Archive, being framed for murders and on the run, and physical eldritch manifestations on primal fears and I was kinda just
“I miss the worms, actually.”
