Martin is saying "Spiders are important to the ecosystem" and Jon is frowning with his arms crossed. Giant spider limbs are reaching across Jon's body and there are spider webs reaching across the whole scene.ALT

The fact that Martin argued with Jon about killing spiders in season 1 has got to haunt him at least a little bit.
