Aside from martin, which characters from tma do you also hate and why?

i just feel like if you’re making a podcast character that’s the embodiment of police brutality, I just… don’t really want to be on the side of police brutality??

obviously i appreciate the nuance and the ability to make complex characters or whatever, but i can just never find her sympathisable when it’s reflecting such a genuine real world issue. i feel like obviously I’m biased because it’s different with Jon and Jared and Jane, but that’s because people who feast on your evil twisted bedtime stories and people who steal your bones and put them elsewhere and people who infest you with bugs and mould just… don’t exist. obviously.

daisy, however, is obviously a reflection of a person who could genuinely exist, and does - she’s a police officer who uses this power to satiate her own desire for violence and hunting and adrenaline, and that is not something unique to the podcast.

i just feel that the fact she’s echoing these genuine issues in the word isn’t handled well, or really at all, by much of the fandom during discussions of her, and like sure haha toxic werewolf yuri, but like…??

it was just for this reason, and the fact she’s obviously introduced while like genuinely traumatizing Jon in the worst time of his life, that I just can’t really bring myself to empathise with her enough to feel any more than just like contempt towards her tbh.
