The Lonely isn't even much about fear, it's more about despair, and, well, loneliness. It doesn't have much to do with being afraid, at least not in the way the other Fears like. Also, what would a Lonely ritual even look like? I don't think someone could feel so lonely that it would doom the world. It's the most bleak fear, you're right in saying there should've been less of it.
