Honestly because I like some of your takes do you ever think the flesh was underutilized? Genuinely it's such an interesting fear and there's so much that could have been done with it and I'd like to hear someone else's opinion especially someone else who really likes a flesh Avatar such as you with Jared
honestly, i do feel like there’s a balance they have to manage with like 14 fears and only 200 episodes (some of which like aren’t even statements), and i feel like the Flesh is actually like relatively well developed with those constraints. There were lots of interesting key ideas they managed to establish in each of the statements, and Jared has like 3 episodes just about him as a character so he’s come out of it pretty well.
There will obviously be more that can be discussed and prioritised in fandom, but i think The Flesh got pretty decent rep in the writing too. There will obviously always be new ideas for statements and stuff, but i feel like there isn’t anything particular major they missed out on in the actual show.
