It really upsets me that despite the fact that all the characters in tma are morally gray, the fandom is still trying to look at everything through the prism of black and white. This leads to a misinterpretation of the characters, their stories and motivations. I think it's mostly about Martin and Jonah. How the fandom sees the first one as innocent despite all his actions, and justifies frankly unhealthy behavior. And at the same time, Jonah is credited with all the sins of humanity (I won't be surprised if someone says that he once ate a baby lol) just because he is an antagonist. And I'm not saying that he never did anything wrong. But when fandom makes him a capitalist or a tory (or a r*pist, what??????), I start to wonder if we listened to the same podcast. Just... why?
