i have a… complicated relationship with martin blackwood.
don’t get me wrong, i don’t count myself a true hater, like some people out here. I think he’s a complex character and has a lot of great traits to him. i even… to an extent, i see a lot of myself in him. or more correctly, i see a lot of him in myself and kin him greatly.
but also like he isn’t. a good person. at all. like everyone used to think about him. the mischaractarization of martin and idealization of him is like. holy shit its a huge ass problem. don’t treat my man like that please and thank you.
that being said, he also is not the best option for jon as most people think. i would argue even that hes one of the worst options for him, and thats one of the reasons i hate s5 of tma so much, since. they somehow magically make it fucking work even if it is shown in multiple instances that it, in fact, does not. jmart shouldn’t have been endgame
