I’ve been wondering about Jonah’s Beholding powers and, well, avatars and their powers which were given to them by the Entity they server overall. Do their powers keep evolving or do they stop at some point and they’re mostly stagnating after that? How much must one try for them to grow? Are they gaining them perpetually in some kind of logarithmic growth?

Anyway to what line made me thinking:

Was he speaking here figuratively or was he vagueing the world he will rule after successful ritual or would his powers level up after few more decades…?
