sorry it’s so insane that jon follows elias up to the panopticon and kills him and takes his place and his power and says i’m going to use this to burn everything to the ground because you turned me into a monster so this is what you get and we’re presented with this perfect tragic ending of jon at long last having a singular moment of autonomy in which he embraces the eye and then uses it to destroy everything that hurt him and then it’s completely walked back and none of that happens. okay.
