I feel like Elias bouchard has been drawn in every single hair colour except ginger and I get that because I feel as though the moment the other avatars would see him as a ginger, they’d immediately smite him
I know a lot of people see og elias as this funny little stoner dude, but i think he would have been more quiet. quite the opposite of what Jonah elias is, i believe he would have been gentle and often living in his own little world. you know that feeling that something is very wrong but you can’t quite figure out what it is, i have a funny feeling he might have been haunted by that feeling, even before he lost his friend. his family was never that supportive, i believe the weed was probably escapism. he didn’t really know why he joined the institute and despite his previously bad college habits, he took it seriously enough to be promoted. perhaps because he was following that feeling, trying to figure it out both for his friend and for himself. it’s just a shame that when he eventually did it was too late. i can imagine the real elias seeing what his possessed self has done and both feeling an impossible sense of guilt, but also a strange and sickening sense of reservation when he realizes the truth of the world just out of his grasp before. this is all just my thoughts tho and it might make no sense
TMA should get an animated series with gorgeous art (I’m thinkin 20% Boggman without the lewds, 35% the person who did that one Simon Fairchild animation (I forget their name), 40% SarcssticScribbles with a little smattering of Arcane’s art style). EXCEPT
if jonah possessed someone left handed (or right handed if hes left handed) would he just become dominant with that hand? would he become ambidextrous? would it just cancel out and he wouldn’t be either?

There’s an aspect of Original!Elias Bouchard that makes me so sad to think about in a weird kind of “meta” way.
And that’s the fact that he has to be labelled as the “OG” not as Elias.
Technically speaking Elias has been dead for years. It’s Jonah that’s taken over - literally having his eyes removed and replacing them with his own and living as him (he even seemingly keeps his “old fashioned haircut” on Elias’ hair).
And yet we as the audience don’t often call that form of Jonah “JONAH”. Instead it’s Elias, cause he’s been Elias for 4 series at this point.
“Elias started the apocalypse”, “Elias beat that old man to death with a metal pipe” when it was never really Elias in the first place.
He’s been so robbed of his own identity that not even death can spare him; all of Jonah’s actions in his body are recognised as him.
(Btw this isn’t me saying you can’t call Jonah!Elias straight up Elias, I do that regularly ofc. I’m just being emo rn lol)
