eric would go for the cheek like a normal perosn but michael is literally too tall for that half the time, and i imagine she scrunches whenever smthn touches her neck, which eric finds a little funny (because she doesnt mind). ~30 years and she still never expects it, queen is as easily spooked as a deer
also imagine him blinking rapidly in that last panel for maximum innocent effect

I saw this post from @sharkboy-starmites and remembered the vague “I should draw michael as a vampire” urge I keep getting (it’s bc I have a whole vampire oc story). So. Her!!
The main inspiration behind the shawl/cloak thing is “Oh this looks like when people walk around with a blanket on them.” She’s comfy and hiding from the world, what more could you want. The dress is very “been reading the last unicorn and been thinking about traditional fantasy dresses” and I won’t deny it
michael got babysitting duty a couple of times, she was the only trustworthy and willing person because eric would NOT trust emma with his child. and in a kinder world where michael wasnt fed to a door in like, 2009, Gerry has to deal with this knowledge
i feel like they take turns making up silly hypothetical spooky stories that could apply to their coworkers in other departments. Michael’s are weirdly good, she can make some really abstract stuff up
What happens when neil gets a happy fits song stuck in his head. I draw michael in a silly pose thats what happens. Look at her. This song does not fit whatsoever but we choose to live on the edge
something something i dont think michael would ever actively want kids but hey gerrys a good kid. maybe she has trouble thinking of him as HER kid, but he can be her little buddy. and i think she phrases a lot of her sentences via stream of thought and does NOT realize she sounds foreboding.

fantasy au ericmichael but a different one from my norm where they have to go on a quest together and are both kinda haters. michael would NOT know how to ride a horse she’s very tower-princess-core (thanks emma), so she’s clinging on for dear life. Eric has thoughts about this.

Just a small slice from my hypothetical everybody-lives au, where Gertrude and Emma mysteriously disappear in their old age and Eric gets the promotion because, like, seniority and qualifications. Sasha also gets moved down into the archives as an assistant (she’s pretty much set to be the next head archivist when the rest of them retire).
I imagine it takes an adjustment period for Sasha to understand that all of them are weird as hell, and that working in the archives for decades will make you weird as hell.
