So Melanie is walking through the distortion, trying to get somewhere, when Helen asks what she'll do if it turns out that she's lying & Melanie will be stuck there forever.
Melanie responds that she'd gut her like a fish.
In response, the hallways start getting funky. Melanie asks what the matter is, Helen deflects, there's a pause, & she asks how Melanie would do it, purely theoretically of course.
Melanie, feeling devilish, pulls out her knife & begins describing in graphic detail the process of disemboweling, all the while dragging her knife up from Helen's belly to her chin.
Eventually, once Helen has been fluster to the point of utter disarray, she forcefully removes Melanie from the hallways, convieniantly at the location of interest.
Melanie gets up, dusts herself off, then makes her way while cackling.
