new headcanon i came up with last night: jonah’s eyes slowly accumulate rotten blood stains from his eyelids (both because of the physical damage dealt to that area when he possessed elias, and also because the eye loves forcing him to see physical evidance of what he is) so he has to clean his eyes up every morning to make sure no one else sees.
Once when he forgets to do it and shows up to work
Rosie: Uhhhh sir, there is uhhh, something in … your eye?
Jonah/Elias (internally): oh fuck oh shit oh fuck oh shit oh fuck oh shit oh fu-
he panics and accidentally says it’s an infection and then gets weirdly embarrassed about it because eye infections are essencially stds for eye avatars.
