Too busy to post atm but here’s a cat from a mobile game i been playing

This may not sound like much, but I just made my first analog art piece! Like, on paper!
And it’s not even fanart!

I’m speedrunning my art portfolio right now to get into uni and that means experimenting with different media…
For this I used acrylic paint and then went ham with these 8 dollar glitter makers..
I don’t really love how she looks but I’m glad the shiny effect worked!
Good luck with the uni! What course qre you planning to take? (No pressure if not comfortable answering!)
It’s uhh fine arts. I wanted to get the basics of everything cause I couldn’t decide.. I’d like to steer towards animation and design.
Edit: turns out that what I’m looking for is actually visual communication - oops!
Luckily most unis I looked at also offer that and I don’t have to change the portfolio much, either.

I wanted the focus to be on the background so I did that part with vibrant oil paint! First time using that type of paint, took a while to get used to.
