Price would depend on how fleshed out you want it;
I’m assuming that you want the whole thing as a simple animatic, that’s like 1:20min long, meaning about 60 - 80 sketches plus editing.
I charge based on the time it takes me to do stuff - a project like this would probably take me 10 to 20 hours. That would come out to something between 130€ and 260€. At 13€/hr (minimum wage in Germany).
But for larger projects like this I usually lower the total price a bit.

ALTWe had to make a Comic about an element-based hotel and I chose Air. We also had to invent the characters ourselves. Their names are Jana and Avo and you can ask me about them if you’d like!
Something sweet, something dramatic, just some good old character fluff. Yknow? Was the easiest option for me.
