Question which comic book publisher has the rights to “Sam and Max”? I want to know why the trade paperbacks are always OOP

Not sure if there’s been a misunderstanding of some sort, but I am not actually affiliated with any producers, copyright holders or anyone working on the series.

The games, show and comic books have different companies who own the rights to use them.. I believe the franchise as a whole still belongs to Steve Purcell. I think the comics were published by fishwrap productions..?

That’s just what a quick Google search told me. I’m afraid it’s best if you simply look into it yourself, dont take my word for it 🤷‍♂️
