i think melanie and martin should be best friends (i can’t recall what their canon dynamic was unfortunately💔 so we probably didn’t get much of them together. correct me if i’m wrong tho)
cause like, martin would look at her and think, wow that’s who i’d be if i got to speak and do what’s actually on my mind
and melanie would look at him and go wow, that’s who I’d be if it wasn’t for this wild anger rooted in my brain
yeah i think they could balance each other out nicely like they’d rant to each other about stuff
ok so i got to mag 190 and i wasn’t much off LMAO they indeed barely got to know each other
this was followed by one of my favorite conversations in the series ever i think. maybe just because i was hyped for it. but it truly felt like they click so well :^)
