I don’t remember if I’ve talked about this before but there are so few eye avatars (that we know of) it’s so weird to me.

Like yeah there are servants but they’re not full avatars and are kinda just trapped there and can be taken by other Fears. And so many listed are noted to not be bound to one fear or another anyway.

And the few times we’ve heard of places that could be central locations it seems like they are constantly under attack or destroyed.

I know the common answer is “nobody likes a nosy Nellie” but cmon. They’re just little guys, watching.

Thinking of like. Jonah. Always knowing where to send a letter.

His pen pals are on the move but there’s always a letter waiting for them. They say they might be here or here on the dates. But they’re never sure. Yet his letters always arrive just before they do. There’s never a duplicate letter to the other address “just in case”. No “if this letter reaches you before you move on” he knows it will reach them.

Jonathan sends a letter with no return address or maybe the wrong one on purpose and he gets a very fancy and good mannered version of “nice try” as a response. That’s what starts their animosity

Michael and Elias had extremely similar lives in relation to their fear and careers.

Both lost good friends to the Fears that would later claim them. Possibly in similar ways since we don’t really know what happened to Ryan. Done in by someone with authority over them.

Funnily enough Ryan and Allan are similar enough names too

And no one seemed missed them or noticed in the end.

Sometimes I remember Gertrude put jack “under her protection” after Agnes died.
