hmm i noticed (and this could be a way to avoid lawsuits) but in the archives and stuff jonah always hires people who have like no fucking family or friends or people that won’t care (see martin’s mom). i also wonder if that’s a contract with the lonely. if nothing gets them and they don’t turn to the eye.. they can just be tossed into the fog
