Our Jon (henceforth: “Jon 1”) fucking HATES Jon 2. It’s a complicated mix of resentment and jealousy and bitterness and a HEFTY dose of self-loathing. Jon 2 feels similarly but for different reasons. They explore this in deeply unhealthy but very sexy ways.
Elias prefers Jon 1 but also enjoys this new Jon too. Getting to mold and shape him all over again is, quite frankly, thrilling. Jon 2 is enamored and fascinated with this strange, charming, clever man who sees something in him nobody ever has before. And is less-than-thrilled by Elias’ deep, intense Yearning for Jon 1.

If it’s Jon 1: it happened during the threesome. Whether or not it was planned depends on who you ask. Jon 1 was NOT looking to get knocked up by his evil ex-boss. Elias was absolutely planning to get Jon 1 pregnant as another way to lure him away from Martin. Jon 2 maybe suspected that but said nothing to Jon 1.
