Reading about Jon having sex with people who aren’t Elias (especially if he’s doing it in the institute) makes me think about how Elias is definitely watching. Maybe even jealous too <3. Maybe he subtly implies he Knows about just what Jon was getting up to and feeds off Jon’s fear of having been SEEN fucking at work.

Of course post-e92 I think it should be brought up more properly. Maybe it’s nagging at the back of Jon’s mind but he can’t bear to mention it until Elias does for him. Chides him, maybe, but plays at being sympathetic, too. Implies that he would be there for anything, anything at all, and if Jon ever needed him well he need only ask…

I’m sure Jon fled that conversation as soon as possible, face flushed, heat settling and his cheeks (and maybe lower down, too…). But maybe he takes Elias up on his offer later. Perhaps the night before they leave for the Unknowing he asks Elias to take him home. He doesn’t want to be alone. He doesn’t want to be able to think. He wants to be taken apart and fucked over and over until he passes out. Elias is more than happy to oblige <3
