Sims 4 anon again, update if you’re interested still.

So I’m still working on the messing with mods for university because yes, but I took a bit of a break because I wanted to see what the renting dlc had to offer and I need to 50/50 all my mods cause one of them is causing issues not important.

So I have Elias owning the rental Jon lives in and if something goes wrong while the sim is renting there’s a whole fear thing where they want to interact positively with their landlord to get rid of the fear, and sex counts for that.

Also one of the rules for renting you can institute is quiet hours but well turns out Jon is a bit noisy during sex which causes another infraction.

Been just playing out Jon getting little rewards for good behavior, ie cheaper rent, less rules. I have pregnancy set pretty low but well obviously Jon needs a better place to live when that inevitably happens.

I just very much enjoy situations where Elias has power over Jon clearly.

Ooooh. Tbh I don’t have the university pack so you’ll have to let me know how that works out. (Please?) I love a good Jonelias university romance…. oof on the mods tho lmao. (Although I must admit: I’m curious about what mods you use!! Any chance you might be inclined to share…?)

I don’t actually have the For Rent pack either, so I didn’t know about the positive interaction thing. But Jon getting an infraction from his landlord from fucking him too loudly is just. VERY funny to me. Like did he get it mid-sex? I am imagining Elias teasing him for his volume… threatening to punish him for not having better control of himself… and then sending him the fine or whatever it is the next day <3. Very romantic.

Jon saving up for pregnancy… even if he doesn’t know it’s going to happen yet <3.

Honestly valid I ALSO love situations where Elias has power over Jon. And I think he should get to take advantage of it too. I’m just incredibly weak for a good power imbalance I can’t lie…
