Thinking very hard about Elias as a rigger/rope top. I think he favours natural fibers over artificial. He’s a bit old fashioned that way. Jute and hemp specifically, maybe. Starts complaining the moment he sees some low-quality rope. (If Jon bought himself some starter rope of a similar quality as you get on Lovehoney, Elias probably wanted to burn it.)
Elias tying Jon into harnesses, garters, something that he’ll feel and that looks pretty but that he’s still got perfectly good range of movement in, and then making him get dressed and try to go about his day as normal. He’s spacey, can’t quite get work done. Begs Elias to just let him melt in his lap, or under his desk.
(Also, the rope isn’t fully visible under his clothes, but… if you look close enough, and you know what you’re looking for…)
Also. Jon all trussed up, fully immobile, on the floor of Elias’s office (perhaps on a nice rug, at Elias’s feet), and being made to record a statement. I think it would feel good for him. Not a single conscious thought left in his brain.
