Elias SHOULD be so fatherly to Jon in the s4 reunion actually. Should treat him like his son so patient so reassuring so firm and loving and Jon should crumble. He hasn’t had this much affection in a year. He should completely break under the weight of being loved and desired and beg for his dad because he’s been so so lonely and afraid and everyone hates him but oh god his dad’s here his dad’s finally here maybe he can make it better his dad always makes it better whether he realizes it or not it’s a deep rooted unconscious belief. That elias could fix everything. And it’s that belief that has him desperately digging his nails in his back pleading for him to do anything at all because he’s so sad and scared and he just wants his dad to make him feel better like he always does :(((
