Jon finding out he’s pregnant when Helen cuts him open, deeper than she has the few times before. She’s delicate with those sharp fingers as she coos at him. Giggles stroking the outside of his womb, it’s swollen just a bit, just enough to show he’s pregnant.
Jon whimpering starting to beg her not to hurt the baby, she just clicks her tongue asking what kind of monster does he think she is. Patting the outside of the organ and giving it a little kiss gently, before tucking it back into its proper location.
Maybe Elias got him pregnant prior to the unknowing(probably didn’t grow much while he was functionally dead), or he bred him while he was in his coma before he was taken to jail, or it was a stranger while he was helpless, or Helen herself.
Helen keeping an eye as it grows, maybe she takes photos, to send to Elias. Jon opened up like an anatomy doll, moaning and writhing as Helen chides him to keep still she’s trying to get the baby pictures right.
