Jon should have some dubiously healthy cnc with people more often to cope with his shit. Ok. It should be soooo bad and it should be the closest thing to a healthy coping mechanism he has. I need Jon “arguing” with elias to provoke him into shoving him down to teach him some respect because he feels like shit and everyone hates him and he just wants him to take it away for a moment and make him Better. And he doesn’t need to say “I feel fucking horrible and I don’t know why make it stop please” because Elias can look in his head and know exactly what’s wrong and decide what he needs and if he lets out a sigh of relief when he realizes he can’t move can’t fight elias off no matter how hard he tries, that elias is stronger than him, then it’s a good thing elias decides not to comment.
