Jon constantly annoyed all through S4 because he can’t get off or have sex and Elias won’t see him and unlock the damn thing already. Eventually the Eye straight up tells him how he could safely (or unsafely) remove it and Jon just has to sit there and stew over the fact that not only did Elias keep him locked in a chastity belt but also that he’s making the active choice to keep wearing it now no matter how sexually frustrated he gets.
