Currently I’m in my tma fixation phase, everything I draw is tma/tmagp related in one or another way. But every time I post my works, my audience is like “who are you talking about…?”🤣🤣🤣 And I really want to connect with more creative and, I’m sure, incredibly talented tma/tmagp fans, probably take part in MAP or other projects😋

One of my hobbies is listening to the tma q&a with jonny and Alex and clipping out bits that I’m like, this is just martin and Jon bickering. The girls are fighting. This conversation could happen in season 5 and I would not bat an eye.
[VD: An excerpt from The Magnus Archives Season 5 Q&A Part 2. Jonny Sims stutters, “… stuff like, it’s just, it’s just horrible,” but Alex J. Newall speaks over him in a disagreeing, emphatic tone and says, “Ah, now you’re— Nothing wrong with a good mold. You can do a lot with a good mold. Also, the Corruption is a Power that you can kick. So I’m okay, I’m okay with The Corruption, doesn’t bother me.”
Jonny asks, “What do you mean it’s a Power you can kick?” and Alex responds casually, “‘Oh no, creepy mushroom.’ Kick it.” Jonny splutters and says, “Yeah, no, what– You can’t kick it– Like, if the mold has buried into your flesh—” Alex repeats, “'Oh no, creepy mold.’ Kick it.”
Jonny argues, “If you are rotting, you can’t just… kick your own rot out.” Alex says brightly, “Yeah, you can. Been meaning to sketch stuff for this AU for a while now, and I finally have some very rough design vibes down for Jon, as well as April (his daughter)
For context: this is essentially an AU where TMA!Jon is not Chester, and is instead in a similar situation to Celia, though he’s been working at the OIAR since around late 2018.
Some notes:
April was made before TMAGP Jonathan and Martin were said to be dead, but because this is an AU, I’m sticking with the original concept for her, which is that she was the adopted daughter of the original TMAGP!Jon, until Jon… essentially overwrote him. She was only two at the time, and so the sudden change isn’t something she remembers, but if you looked at old photos before the change, you’d notice the difference.
ERROR and Jon are two sides of the same coin and play into the theme of duality. This may change as we learn more about Error but for now that’s remaining the same.
Jon’s scars from TMA are not present, though he has specific tattoos indicating where they would have been. This is based on the idea that becoming the pupil of the eye reverted him back to how he first looked when he became the archivist, looking the most like himself than he has done in years, right? Well, Jon would… greatly disagree, and didn’t appreciate the ‘gift’.
Oh, and finally, I mentioned this a while ago when I first posted about the AU I think, but the idea initially came to me while I was listening to the song ‘Epilogue’ by The Antlers, and the visual of Martin being trapped in the computer and Jon being by himself hit me like a train at full speed. So, uh, sorry about that. Here we put the tragedy in Horror-Tragedy!
Another random headcanon: John forgetting which information was given to him by the eye and which he was just told. So he randomly drops information he shouldn’t know in casual conversations like
John: hey remember the guy you hated from your old place you used to work at, the express delivery place? I think his name was Tom?
Martin: yeah- wait. I never told you about Tom nor my previous workplace.
John: oh I guess that one was the eye. Well anyways apparently he got fired so he decided to set on fire the car of the ceo.

Okey, I’m listening to this for the first time and I just laughed hysterically on John’s line… And I laughed so laud that my neighbours now think that they live next to a crazy maniac👍
My friend blind watching TMA got to Alone and now I have to pretend I’m normal about the Lukas Family. Hardest challenge yet.
Continuation of this. She just predicted the whole Magnus Institute is a temple to the Eye twist, while still on season one. She doesn’t know it’s the Eye yet but she did link the repeating appearance of eyes and watching to what the institute does. What the ever loving fuck.
Continuation again. She proposed the idea the Watchtower of Millbank Prison is linked with the feeling of being watched Jon gets, and that it’s doing the watching. I cannot state enough how she knows nothing except for Jon and Martin getting together. I am terrified of her ability to make connections immediately after watching an episode.
I can’t do this anymore. She just suggested the idea someone or something is watching from inside the panopticon in Millbank, and that it’s why the institute may be more of a prison than a temple like she first thought. What is this. She can’t keep doing this.
NO ONE TALK TO ME SHE OFF HANDEDLY SUGGESTED THE SPIRIT OF JONAH MAGNUS AS AN OPTION FOR WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE IN THE PANOPTICON.
Everytime she refers to her Apocalypse theory as the Eyepocalypse I lose hit points.
Don’t even get me started on her body hopping Elias theory that she isn’t really set on yet but I’m here staring like no, no, don’t turn away from that. You’re spot on. Oh my god.
Lots of willpower and pacing, honestly. Seriously I’m not kidding when I say she’s either completely off the mark or scarily on track.
Also I remembered she technically knows about the ‘sky looking back’ and some art, because we had an era of begging her to block the tag as she kept on peeping, but I don’t know where she got the idea of Elias planning his own ritual and the word eyepocalypse from? I think it’s genuinely her own pun. She’s SO proud of it.
I am genuinely excited for her to get to ep 158 though, she absolutely LOVES Jonah, as she should, and her love for the Panopticon may surpass his. She’s gonna be overjoyed!
Oh, and in her words, she’d ’fistfight the eye’. Truly an Eye Avatar with no fear.
She’s on early season four now and she says she’s starting to think the web is the one behind the tapes.

She is honest to God just like this. She always is. It terrifies and impresses us.
It’s not like she’s always right, but when she is it’s like getting hit with a metal pipe. Her favourite hobby now is going on Robert Smirke and Panopticon deep dives. She will fixate on any number sequences until I pull her aside and tell her it isn’t relevant lest she drive herself mad.
Sometime I’ll joke she missed a detail and she will genuinely go through all the transcripts again just to find it.
Again, I think she knows little vague bits based on art and stuff she saw before we got her to block the tag but in general she’s just very insane and eternally on the eye avatar grind 💔
BUT SERIOUSLY MAN ITS SO TERRIFYING BECAUSE IM SCARED I’LL SLIP UP AND CONFIRM HER THEORIES FOR HER.
She always gauges my reactions too. Horrifying.
