We’ve all seen the “Elias just dresses like a normal dude” and “Elias is covered in eye motifs for the entirety of canon” suggestions, but here’s a new one:
The Institute logo is an eye and ALL the employees are covered in eye motifs. It’s just a fun thing everyone does to make work a bit sillier. People wear eye jewelry and eye ties and eye cufflinks and clothes with eye prints, ranging from hyper-realistic to cartoonish to just sorta morbid. Elias, of course, strongly encourages this.
