I love your style so much :) It reminds me of golden era 2d disney... specifically treasure island. Do you use figure references at all? Ive been trying to improve my art:) (also happy new years!)

i do sometimes use figure reference if i need help with a weird pose, but most of the time i just work from imagination/memory. my drawing process isn’t very consistent but i do practice figure drawing pretty often so i can definitely say that doing that regularly helps you to be more confident drawing complex poses without reference. i use Croquis Cafe videos for figure drawing practice (18+ only, they use nude models) but i’m sure there are a ton of other options out there.
