Hello Alex, I've always wanted to know what a lethal dose of Marmite would be?
Given it has iron added there must be one. If possible please answer for the Australian/NZ Marmite as the rest are abominations.

So I am guessing that at about 2-2.5kg of marmite, the sodium would get you but good luck with keeping it down.
